A wedding day is a wedding day and not a photo shoot so we fit in unobtrusively, ensuring everyone is at ease with us and our cameras. We can then capture images and moments that express all the love, the emotions and joy of your day. I work with a second photographer so we can be in two places at the same time and thus tell a full and beautiful visual story of your day.
About John Miles Photography
I am a full time professional wedding photographer living in Yelverton on the edge of Dartmoor and I love my wedding work. When I'm not photographing weddings I take every opportunity to grab my cameras and head for the moors, coast or rivers. Please do relax and enjoy a slideshow of my work on my Creative Website. I am pleased to have be awarded a Licentiate membership of the Royal Photographic Society and actively support and encourage fellow photographers across the world.
Nina Wickmann works with me as my second photographer. Nina moved to England from Norway in 2000 where she studied Editorial and Advertising Photography at Rochester School of Photography in Kent. She returned to Oslo in 2004 where she has worked as a full time professional wedding and portrait photographer for the last six years. In 2009 she came third in Norway's ´Wedding photographer of the Year' competion. Nina moved to Devon in January 2010 from where she also runs her Portrait Photography business.
