I had a lovely day in Dartmouth on Saturday up at BRNC - Britannia Royal Naval College - in Dartmouth. Darren and Fiona both were getting ready at The Royal Castle hotel down in town and we had very 'near miss' when Fiona arrive back from the hairdressers as Darren was leaving to walk up to the college. Fiona ducked into a shop doorway and secrecy was preserved.

The 1905 built college and chapel provide some stunning backdrops for some beautiful wedding photography and I managed to capture some wonderful images as Fiona and Darren took their 'private-time' wander around the college and grounds. Here's a dozen of my favourites from their day.

What a beautiful day last Monday down at Trevenna, Nr. St. Neot, Cornwall. Tanith and Alex and their families and friends had exclusive use of this superbly renovated barn complex in the Cornish countryside. Tanith explained that the wedding was to be a relaxed affair with the emphasis on fun, family and friends. And a fun and relaxed day it certainly was.
Quirky, fun and monochrome images were deemed OK too so it was extra fun day for me as well.

I was browsing through some of last year's photos last night to find a dozen or so to print and mount to display at today's wedding fair. Came across this one of Katie and Rob. I love the way the light catches the dress, best man and bridesmaids...and even more the look on the bridesmaid's faces.

On Easter Sunday we had a wonderful time photographing Nicky and Marc's Devon wedding at Langdon Court, Nr. Plymouth. The weather was lovely with blues skies and fresh air and everyone was very relaxed. Marc and Steve were VERY relaxed and needed a gentle reminder that since the ceremony was due to start in 40 minutes then maybe they should get out of their jeans and into their suits!
Nicky's dress was fabulous and she looked totally gorgeous. Lots and lots of smiles, emotions and fun. Here's a dozen of my favourites.

Nicky and Marc had blues skies and sun for their beautiful wedding at Langdon Court yesterday. Here's a couple of preview images...they had to go down to Wembury beach for some sun of course. A day to remember. I'll post more of my favourites later in the week.

We had a lot of fun on Saturday photographing Gemma and Matthews' wedding at Haldon Belvedere followed by their reception at the Jack-in-the-Green, Nr. Exeter. Haldon Belvedere is a very romantic and atmospheric venue for a Devon wedding. It's nice and private on the top of a hill with fabulous views of the rolling Devon Countryside. Gemma and Matt and their guests thoroughly enjoyed their country castle wedding. The friendly ceremony upstairs was a lovely celebration followed by congratulations over a glass or two of champagne. What a great day!

We were up at Haldon Belvedere (Lawrence Castle) Nr. Exeter on Saturday to photograph Gemma and Mathew's devon wedding. This was the first time I have photographed a wedding there. What a location.
